Piezoelectric and Ferroelectric Copolymers Piezotech^® FC

Piezotech® FC
 

P(VDF-TrFE) 공중합체, 즉 Piezotech® FC는 극성 강유전체 상에서 광범위한 온도 범위에서 높은 압전 반응을 나타냅니다.

PVDF homopolymer와 비교했을 때 장점
 

• Upper thermal stability (80 °C for PVDF versus 130°C for Piezotech® FC20)
• Improved coupling factor (0.15 for PVDF versus 0.3 for P(VDF-TrFE))

• Enhanced piezoelectric properties (higher d33)

Piezotech® FC Powders

P(VDF-TrFE) 파우더는 다양한 VDF/TrFE 비율로 제공됩니다. FC20(20% TrFE), FC25(25% TrFE), FC30(30% TrFE) 및 FC45(45% TrFE).
 

Piezotech® FC Inks

표준 인쇄 조건에서 사용할 수 있도록 용매와 농도가 최적화되었습니다. 기존 기술에 적합한 3가지 표준 배합(잉크 L, 잉크 P, 잉크 H)을 사용할 수 있습니다. 표준 Piezotech® FC 잉크는 Piezotech® FC20 폴리머 파우더로 제조되었습니다.
